We handle that. Your team will know exactly what to pack, how to label it, and what to expect on move day without you playing middleman.

What Happens

Your dedicated Project Manager works directly with your team before move day. You choose how: an in-person pack meeting or our animated Remote Access Pack Meeting video your staff can watch on their own time. Either way, everyone is ready.

04 Purge & Dispose

Your Concern

"We have years of stuff we don't know what to do with."

Our Promise to You

Don't pay to move what you don't need. We help you sort it, shred it, and certify the destruction of anything sensitive. You start fresh in your new space without dragging the old one with you.

What Happens

Before the trucks arrive, we place security bins for confidential documents, general bins for trash, and arrange certified eWaste collection and destruction. Everything goes to the right place, legally and responsibly, with documentation to prove it.

Furniture Solutions

Your Concern

"We don't know what's staying, what's going, or who handles the furniture."

Our Promise

We do. One crew. Full accountability. You tell us what the new space needs to look like and we make it happen, from the last day in the old building to the first morning in the new one.

What Happens

Our W2-employed, trained furniture installation teams handle everything. Uninstall, reconfigure, and reinstall all major furniture systems. They arrive with the right tools, maintain a clean worksite, and carry full Workers' Compensation coverage. No subs. No surprises.

Move Night

Your Concern

"We can't afford any downtime."

Our Promise

We move at night and on weekends. Your team leaves Friday. They walk in Monday and everything is where it belongs. Downtime is not part of our vocabulary.

What Happens

Our screened, background-checked crew arrives on time and handles every bit of the heavy lifting. Your Project Manager is on-site the entire night. If anything comes up, it gets handled before you ever know about it.

07 Final Clean

Your Concern

"Our landlord is going to hit us with charges when we leave."

Our Promise to You

Not if we handle the clean-out first. We know exactly what lease-compliant departure looks like and we deliver it. You leave on good terms, avoid disputes, and protect your deposit.

What Happens

Our post-move final clean covers everything your lease requires. Plenum clearance, drywall repair, floor-to-ceiling cleaning, and any other departure obligations in your agreement. White glove. No exceptions.

08 Liquidation & Decommission

Your Concern

"We have furniture and equipment left over and no idea what to do with it."

Our Promise to You

It's handled. In many cases the recovery from what we sell or donate offsets part of your move cost. Either way, you don't carry it. We do.

What Happens

We assess your remaining assets, sell what has value, donate what can be reused, and responsibly dispose of the rest. Maximum recovery, minimum waste, and a clean space for your landlord, all without you lifting a finger.
