We started our company as a technology-focused office relocation firm. The result is Total Office Solutions (TOS): a parent company housing a family of "Anywhere" companies, each focused on a distinct service, all coordinated through a single point of contact.

The Stack-N-Pack No-Lift Crate: An Innovation That Changed the Industry

Most office movers still use cardboard boxes. Move Solutions replaced them entirely. Our proprietary Stack-N-Pack no-lift reusable plastic crate system eliminates cardboard waste on every job, protects employee backs, and makes every move more efficient and fully trackable from start to finish.

We maintain a fleet of approximately 150,000 reusable plastic crates, each equipped with RFID tracking technology. Every crate is inventoried, monitored, and accounted for throughout the move. Items are safer, moves are faster, and the environmental impact is zero waste. No cardboard. No landfill. No exceptions.

40+ GPS-Tracked Trucks. Ready for Every Move

Move Solutions maintains a large, modern fleet of more than 40 air-ride cargo trucks and vans, all branded, GPS-monitored, and driven by background-checked, drug-screened employees. Every vehicle is equipped with GPS technology that tracks location, driving patterns, and routing in real time. This protects our clients, protects our team, and ensures that every piece of your office arrives exactly where it belongs.

Our fleet ranges from vans for small rapid-response jobs to tractor- trailers for enterprise-scale relocations, with operational capacity to scale to any project size, anywhere.

Your Move Should Never Come at the Earth's Expense

Our Stack-N-Pack crate system was the first step. It eliminated cardboard waste from every move we perform. But our commitment to sustainability runs deeper than the crates. We recycle, donate, and responsibly dispose of surplus office furniture and equipment rather than sending it to landfills. Doing the right thing for the environment is not a marketing strategy. It is part of how we were built, and how we operate every day.

Michael Monette

Founder & CEO

Michael founded Move Solutions after a career in electrical engineering and enterprise technology sales. He built the company on rigorous process, transparent communication, and a belief that the client's deadline is the only deadline that matters. He is a founding member of the Office Moving Alliance and continues to lead the TOS family of companies from the front.

Linda Monette

Co-Founder & President

Linda co-founded Move Solutions and has shaped its culture, financial discipline, and values ever since. She leads as the majority owner of a 51% woman-owned, woman-led enterprise, a commitment to diversity that runs through every company in the TOS family. From the beginning, her business acumen has been the perfect balance with Michael's technical expertise.

Amy Linton

Dallas General Manager

As General Manager of the Dallas office, the company's largest, Amy leads the team responsible for the most complex, high-volume client work in the portfolio. Her leadership reflects the TOS standard: process-driven, client-focused, and fully accountable at every phase of every project.

Megan McDaniel

VP of National Accounts

Megan is a 2023 OMA Planet Earth Top Booker Award recipient and a driving force in our companies' growth. Her relationship-first approach to business development mirrors the company's core belief: the best clients are earned through trust, consistency, and the willingness to show up before they ask.
