Office Furniture Plus will, by appointment, “walk” your site, take an inventory of your furniture and other assets that you wish to dispose of, take photos to correlate with that inventory, and then submit a proposal to you that values that furniture and asset base.

Our proposal will take into account current market trends and market values. It will be designed to cover the entire cost of removal and disposition, providing you with a financial benefit or, if necessary, a net charge to you. As you have moved, as we have cleared your origin space of your old, unwanted furniture, there is still work to be done; decommissioning your space. Office decommissioning your space means that your lease document specifies the physical condition of the space, when you return it, that qualities as lease compliant.
